Yes — this is one of our specialties. Send us a photo of your hand drawing, a napkin sketch, or even just a written description with dimensions. Our engineers will redraw it as a proper CAD file, send it to you for approval, and only begin machining once you confirm everything is correct. You do not need any CAD software.

Our MOQ is 1 piece. No setup fees, no minimums. We machine single prototypes as readily as production runs of thousands. Volume pricing applies automatically as quantities increase.

Standard parts receive a quote within 24 hours. Complex assemblies or parts requiring special materials may take up to 48 hours. Send us your drawing anytime — we work across time zones.

We accept STEP, IGES, SolidWorks, DXF, PDF technical drawings — and hand-drawn sketches or photos. STEP files are preferred for CAD orders as they carry complete 3D geometry. For hand drawings, a clear photo with key dimensions is sufficient to get started.

We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, and UPS Express. Regular destinations include the USA, UK, Germany, France, Spain, Netherlands, Italy, Australia, and Canada. Transit time to most European and North American addresses is 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Yes. Material mill certificates (MTR) are provided for all metal orders as standard. Dimensional inspection reports are available on request and included automatically for aerospace, medical, and defense orders. First Article Inspection (FAI) reports can be prepared for new production programs.

Absolutely. Tell us what your part needs to do — the loads it will carry, the environment it will be in, whether weight or cost is a priority — and our engineers will recommend the most appropriate material. This consultation is included in our quoting process at no charge.
