Custom Payment Terminal Parts — FAQ

Common questions about custom payment terminal structural parts manufacturing — materials, MOQ, lead time, no-CAD process and more.

Process & Ordering

+

Yes — this is one of our core capabilities. Send a reference terminal, photos from all angles, or a hand sketch. We rebuild the CAD, confirm with you, then manufacture. CAD reconstruction is free with your quote.

+

MOQ 1 piece for CNC-machined parts. Injection molding becomes cost-effective from around 50–200 pieces — below that, CNC or vacuum casting is usually the better option.

+

CNC prototype: 7–12 business days from approved CAD. Vacuum cast: 10–15 days. Add 5–7 days for CAD reconstruction if starting from a sample.

+

Both. Individual parts or a complete structural set — manufactured in the same batch, assembled and fit-verified before shipping.

+

Yes. We sign NDA agreements before receiving confidential design information. Email [email protected] to arrange an NDA before sending files.

Materials & Finishing

+

ABS (standard), PC/ABS blend (higher drop resistance), Polycarbonate (scanner windows and clear windows), Aluminium 6061 (machined chassis and premium housings).

+

Mold texture, spray paint (any RAL/Pantone), UV-resistant coating, soft-touch rubber-feel paint, pad printing for logos and markings.

Prototyping & Production

+

Prototypes via CNC or vacuum casting — 1–20 pieces, no tooling investment. Production via injection molding — economical from ~200 pieces. Same CAD used for both; no redesign needed.

+

Yes — US, Europe, Australia, Canada and most countries. DHL, FedEx and sea freight. Door-to-door lead times quoted.
