Send us a hand-drawn sketch, a photo, or a CAD file — EKINSUN machines precision custom parts and ships worldwide. No CAD software required. MOQ: 1 piece.
Most machining suppliers require perfect CAD files. We don't. If you can draw it — or describe it — we can make it. This is how we work with inventors, repair shops, and small businesses across Europe and North America.
Here is exactly what happens when you send us a hand drawing:
Photo of a napkin sketch, a hand-drawn technical drawing, dimensions on paper — email or WhatsApp it to us. Even a rough description works.
We convert your sketch into a proper CAD drawing. Any ambiguous dimensions get flagged — we ask before we assume.
We send you the CAD file for review. Only when you confirm it's exactly right do we move to machining.
Parts are machined, inspected, and shipped via DHL or FedEx. Tracking provided on every order.
No CAD? Send a hand sketch, photo, or rough dimensions. Our engineers handle the rest — free CAD redraw included before production starts.

Learn more →3-axis and 5-axis milling for housings, brackets, plates, and complex geometries. Single-setup machining eliminates re-fixturing errors.
Learn more →From drawing to prototype in 3–7 days. DFM feedback before we cut. Ideal for inventors, engineers testing new designs, and replacement parts.
Learn more →Complex parts machined complete in a single setup on our multi-tasking centers. Reduces lead time, eliminates alignment errors.
Learn more →Anodizing, nickel/chrome plating, black oxide, passivation, powder coating. Functional and decorative finishes applied in-house.
Learn more →When you order from EKINSUN, you speak directly with the engineers who machine your parts. No brokers, no resellers, no markups. That means faster communication, better accountability, and lower prices.
The only China machining supplier that actively welcomes hand-drawn sketches. Free CAD conversion before production.
Our engineers check every drawing for issues that affect cost or quality — before you spend a dollar on machining.

Not sure where to start? These guides answer the questions we hear most from clients in the USA, UK, and Germany.
You don't need SolidWorks or AutoCAD to get precision parts made. Here's exactly what you need to send us.
Read guide →What does ±0.1mm actually mean? How tight do your tolerances really need to be? Plain-language answers.
Read guide →Weight, strength, corrosion resistance, machinability, cost — a practical comparison for buyers who aren't metallurgists.
Read guide →Yes — this is one of our specialties. Send us a photo of your hand drawing, a napkin sketch, or even just a written description with dimensions. Our engineers will redraw it as a proper CAD file, send it to you for approval, and only begin machining once you confirm everything is correct. You do not need any CAD software.
Our MOQ is 1 piece. No setup fees, no minimums. We machine single prototypes as readily as production runs of thousands. Volume pricing applies automatically as quantities increase.
Standard parts receive a quote within 24 hours. Complex assemblies or parts requiring special materials may take up to 48 hours. Send us your drawing anytime — we work across time zones.
We accept STEP, IGES, SolidWorks, DXF, PDF technical drawings — and hand-drawn sketches or photos. STEP files are preferred for CAD orders as they carry complete 3D geometry. For hand drawings, a clear photo with key dimensions is sufficient to get started.
We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, and UPS Express. Regular destinations include the USA, UK, Germany, France, Spain, Netherlands, Italy, Australia, and Canada. Transit time to most European and North American addresses is 3–5 business days after dispatch.
Yes. Material mill certificates (MTR) are provided for all metal orders as standard. Dimensional inspection reports are available on request and included automatically for aerospace, medical, and defense orders. First Article Inspection (FAI) reports can be prepared for new production programs.
Absolutely. Tell us what your part needs to do — the loads it will carry, the environment it will be in, whether weight or cost is a priority — and our engineers will recommend the most appropriate material. This consultation is included in our quoting process at no charge.
Sketch, photo, CAD file, or just an idea — send it to us and get a quote within 24 hours.
