When the Parts Catalogue Ends

Every classic vehicle eventually crosses the line where the manufacturer's parts supply stops. Specialist suppliers cover the popular models — but if your vehicle is rarer, or the part is one nobody remakes, the restoration stalls on a single component.

We close that gap: send the original part — worn, broken or corroded — and we reproduce it. For parts that are missing entirely, we can often work from the mating components or period photographs. See how automotive reverse engineering works.

Parts We Reproduce

Mounting brackets

Engine, gearbox, ancillary and body brackets in steel or aluminium.

Bushings & mounts

Suspension bushings, engine mounts — machined PU, bronze or rubber-cast.

Hub components

Hub flanges, wheel spacers, bearing carriers to press-fit tolerance.

Machined fittings

Carburettor adapters, manifold flanges, cooling system fittings.

Trim hardware

Window winders, latch mechanisms, badge bases, interior fittings.

Motorcycle parts

Frame brackets, footpeg mounts, custom spacers and covers.

Driveline spacers

Propshaft spacers, gearbox adapters, clutch components (non-friction).

Threaded specials

Period-correct fasteners — BSF, BSW, BA threads. See custom fasteners.

Out of scope: brake master/slave cylinders, ABS components, airbag systems, steering rack internals — anything requiring homologation or crash testing. We make structural and mechanical components.

Period-Correct Threads and Materials

Pre-metric British and American vehicles use thread forms that modern suppliers no longer stock: BSF, BSW, BA, UNF in odd sizes. We cut these threads routinely — a period-correct replacement rather than a metric compromise that ruins originality.

  • British classic threads: BSF, BSW, BA — gauged and cut to standard
  • American: UNC, UNF, including discontinued sizes
  • Materials matched to period: free-cutting steel, brass, bronze castings
  • Finishes: zinc plating, cadmium-replacement coatings, polished brass

How It Works

  • Send the original or photos — vehicle make/model/year and what the part does
  • Free CAD reconstruction — you approve the drawing before we machine
  • One piece or a small batch — no MOQ, spares at marginal cost
  • Worldwide shipping — tracked, with the CAD file included

Frequently Asked Questions

+

Yes — this is exactly what we do. Send the original part (worn or broken is fine) or clear photos with a reference dimension. We measure, rebuild the CAD for free, and machine a replacement. No OEM cooperation or part number needed.

+

Yes. MOQ is 1 piece with no setup or tooling fees on machined parts. Many of our automotive customers are restoring a single vehicle. We can also make a couple of spares from the same setup at much lower per-piece cost.

+

Safety-critical systems requiring homologation: brake master and slave cylinders, ABS components, airbag parts, steering rack internals. We make structural and mechanical components — brackets, bushings, fittings, hub components, trim hardware.

+

Yes. Small-batch polyurethane and rubber-like parts via vacuum casting — bushings, grommets, mounts, seals. Plastic trim components in cast PU or machined engineering plastic. For one-off rubber bushings, machined polyurethane is often the practical route.
