Grade Selection
Grade 5 — Ti6Al4V
High strength (900–1000 MPa UTS), about 56% the density of steel. Standard choice for motorcycle engine, frame and brake caliper bolts where a like-for-like steel replacement is needed at lower weight.
Grade 2 — CP Titanium
Lower strength but superior corrosion resistance — ideal for marine hardware, chemical environments and body-contact applications where Grade 5 alloy is unnecessary.

Yes. Titanium anodising uses voltage-controlled oxidation to create interference colours — gold, blue, purple, bronze and green — without dye. The colour is part of the surface oxide and will not chip or peel. Tell us the colour you need and we match it as closely as the process allows.
Grade 5 titanium is about 56% the density of alloy steel, so each bolt weighs roughly 44% less. On a motorcycle where 80–120 fasteners are replaced, the total weight saving is typically 300–600 g depending on bolt sizes.
