A reference product, competitor unit, photos from all angles, or a concept sketch with dimensions.

Measure & model all enclosures

Every housing and enclosure is measured and modelled in CAD — free with your quote. We capture thermal clearances, connector positions, and PCB mounting features.

Confirm drawings

You review dimensional drawings for each enclosure. We adjust sealing grooves, vent positions, PCB boss heights and material specifications before production.

Manufacture the full set

Prototype runs in CNC machining and vacuum casting. Production runs in injection molding or sheet metal fabrication depending on enclosure type.

Assemble & verify fit

All enclosures and panels are assembled and checked — connector alignment, panel gaps and mounting positions — before packing.

Ship — ready for electronics & battery

The complete structural assembly ships worldwide. Your team integrates the electronics, BMS board, battery pack and firmware.

Fluid Components — A Unique Advantage

Liquid-cooled solar storage systems need more than enclosures. They need cooling manifolds, threaded fittings, flow connectors and custom-machined fluid-carrying parts. We manufacture all of these alongside the structural housings — using the same CNC and machining capabilities that produce our adapters and fluid fittings. One supplier covers both the enclosures and the fluid circuit.
