3 Way Stopcock Batch Production
Three-way stopcocks from one moulding run, before assembly and packing. The handle position decides which two of the three ports are connected.
Stopcocks, Luer fittings, breathing-circuit connectors and IV manifolds we have moulded. Photographs are of reference parts — what a given job needs is set by your drawing, your material requirement and the intended use.
Reference images for custom medical plastic components. Final suitability depends on product use, material, regulatory classification and buyer-provided specifications.

Blue-handle three-way stopcock with Luer ports. Handle colour is a moulding option customers specify for line identification — it carries no function of its own.
Three-way stopcock with Luer lock ports. The threaded collar is what separates a lock fitting from a slip fitting: it holds the joint together under pressure instead of leaving that to friction.
Three-way stopcock supplied with the extension tube already fitted. Tube length and port orientation come from the customer's specification, not from a catalogue.
Anaesthesia breathing circuit connector. Breathing-system fittings mate on the conical sizes set out in ISO 5356 — commonly 22 mm towards the machine and 15 mm towards the patient.
Threaded anaesthesia circuit fitting. The thread joins the moulded body to its tubing or valve; the cone that meets the rest of the circuit is a separate feature on the same part.
22 mm anaesthesia elbow connector. The bend turns the circuit through a right angle so the weight of the tubing does not pull sideways on the patient connection.
Clear three-way stopcock for contrast injection. Transparency is doing a job here — it lets the operator see trapped air before anything is injected.
Contrast injection stopcock used in radiology. It sits between the syringe, the contrast supply and the patient line, so all three ports are in use at the same time.
High-pressure contrast stopcock. Power injectors work far above hand-syringe pressure, so the body wall and the port threads carry the load rather than the seal alone.
Three-port IV manifold assembly. One moulded body carries several stopcocks, so the line is worked from a single block instead of a chain of separate connectors.
Luer lock connector. The 6% taper is the sealing surface; the thread only keeps the two halves from being pushed apart.
The male and female halves of a Luer lock pair. They are moulded as separate parts and only mate correctly if both are made to the same taper standard.
Luer slip connector for medical tubing. A slip fitting seals on the taper alone — faster to join, but it will come apart under pressure where a lock fitting holds.
Clear female Luer slip connector. Clear material lets air bubbles and flow be seen at the joint itself rather than guessed at.
White-bodied injection stopcock. Body and handle colour are moulding choices; what decides how it can be plumbed is the port pattern.
Luer lock connector made to a customer's drawing. What normally changes is the back end — barb, thread or bond joint — while the Luer face stays to standard.
Moulded medical connector assembly. Several moulded parts joined into one unit, so what arrives is an assembly rather than a box of loose components.
A range of stopcock and manifold bodies side by side. Port count and handle style change from one to the next; the Luer interface does not.
Custom stopcock with a white handle. The handle is often the part customers change, because its shape decides how much torque a gloved hand can put on it.
Multi-port IV manifold with stopcocks. Putting the ports in one body is what keeps the line short — every extra loose connector is one more place to leak.
Four-port IV stopcock manifold. Port count follows how many infusions run at once, which is why it is the first thing customers specify.
Stopcock bodies shot against white for inspection. Taken after moulding, so surface finish and port geometry can be checked before assembly.
