EKINSUN LTD ships custom-manufactured parts worldwide from our facility in Guangdong, China. This page explains lead times, shipping costs and delivery.
All parts are made to order. Your production lead time is confirmed in your written quote before you place the order and depends on the part, quantity, material and finish. Lead time begins once the design and payment are confirmed.
We ship internationally using established couriers such as DHL, FedEx and UPS. Express air freight is standard; sea or dedicated freight can be arranged for larger orders on request.
Standard shipping is a flat US$15 per order. For oversized, heavy or high-value orders, shipping may be quoted separately; any such amount is always shown in your quote before you confirm the order. The list price shown on product pages is an indicative starting ("from") price for the part only; the exact part price is confirmed in your quote.
All parts are made to order. Once dispatched, international delivery typically takes 7 or more business days, depending on destination and customs clearance. A tracking number is provided for every shipment.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, import duties, taxes and customs fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. We provide the commercial documents required for customs clearance.
