3-Way Stopcocks

Our most requested medical product. We manufacture standard 3-way stopcocks in medical-grade polycarbonate with Luer lock or Luer slip connections. Applications include IV drug administration, arterial line monitoring, and hemodynamic pressure monitoring.

Available configurations: standard flow, high-flow, high-pressure (for contrast injection), with or without extension tube, male or female Luer, and multi-stopcock manifold assemblies.

IV Manifolds (Multi-Stopcock Bars)

Multi-port IV manifolds allow multiple infusion lines to be connected to a single catheter access point. We manufacture 2-port, 3-port, and 4-port manifolds with individual stopcocks on each port. Common in ICU settings and surgical suites.

Luer Lock Connectors & Fittings

Male and female Luer lock connectors, extension sets, and custom fittings for fluid management. All manufactured to ISO 594 / ISO 80369 thread standards. We can produce custom configurations not available off-the-shelf.

Contrast Injection Fittings

High-pressure rated components for use with power injectors in CT, MRI, and angiography procedures. Clear polycarbonate for visual flow confirmation. Rated for injector pressures up to 300 PSI.

Engineering Review & Quote

We review your design for moldability, select appropriate materials, and return a complete quote including tooling cost, unit pricing, and lead time — within 48 hours.

Mold Design & Sample

We design and manufacture the injection mold (typically 20-35 days), then produce T1 samples for your dimensional and functional verification.

Production & Delivery

After sample approval, mass production begins. Parts are inspected, packed, and shipped worldwide via DHL or FedEx with full documentation.

Have a hand drawing? We accept hand-sketched diagrams and photos of existing parts. Our engineers will redraw in CAD and send back for your confirmation before any tooling begins.

Materials

We injection mold a full range of medical-grade thermoplastics:

  • Polycarbonate (PC) — High clarity, impact resistant. Used for stopcocks and manifolds where visual flow confirmation is needed.
  • ABS — Good strength and surface finish. Suitable for housings and non-fluid-contact components.
  • Polypropylene (PP) — Chemical resistant, autoclavable. Used where sterilization compatibility is required.
  • Nylon (PA) — High strength and wear resistance. Used for connectors under mechanical stress.
