Most buyers arrive here without a finished technical drawing. That is normal and it is not a problem. A photograph with a ruler beside it, a hand sketch with three dimensions on it, or the worn part in a padded envelope are all workable starting points — the services below are organised by what you can send us, not by machine type.

Across all of the services above, the usual palette is aluminium 6061 and 7075; stainless 304, 303 and 316; free-machining steel 12L14, medium-carbon C45 and alloy 42CrMo4; brass C360; bronze; titanium Grade 5; and engineering plastics including POM, PEEK and nylon. If the replacement has to match an original material spec, send the spec and we work to it rather than substituting.

Common Questions

Which service do I need if I only have a broken part?

Start with 3D scanning or send the part directly. We measure it, rebuild the geometry and machine a replacement — you do not need a drawing or a CAD file. If the part is worn, tell us which surfaces were still good so we restore the original dimensions rather than copying the wear.

Can I order a single piece?

Yes. There is no minimum order quantity. A single replacement part is a normal order for us, and it is quoted the same way as a batch — the unit price is simply higher because setup is spread across one piece.

What materials can these services cover?
