Start From What You Actually Have

Most buyers arrive here without a finished technical drawing. That is normal and it is not a problem. A photograph with a ruler beside it, a hand sketch with three dimensions on it, or the worn part in a padded envelope are all workable starting points — the services below are organised by what you can send us, not by machine type.

Materials We Work In

Across all of the services above, the usual palette is aluminium 6061 and 7075; stainless 304, 303 and 316; free-machining steel 12L14, medium-carbon C45 and alloy 42CrMo4; brass C360; bronze; titanium Grade 5; and engineering plastics including POM, PEEK and nylon. If the replacement has to match an original material spec, send the spec and we work to it rather than substituting.

How an Order Runs

Trial Order First, Repeat Volume Later — How the Commercial Side Works

Most orders here start small and grow if the part proves itself. A trial order of 1 to 10 pieces is quoted as a normal order, not as a favour: you get a firm unit price, the lead time and the material certificate on the first piece. If it works, the drawing is already on file, and the production quantity — 50, 200 or 1,000 pieces — is one email, with the price at each tier.

Price breaks. For made-to-order parts we quote the unit price at the quantity you name and, on request, at 1 / 10 / 100 / 500 / 1,000 pieces, so you can see where the unit price stops falling. As a rule, 500 pieces come in about 15% below the 100-piece unit price and 1,000 pieces about 25% below it, because the setup is spread across more parts. Turned and milled parts carry no separate tooling or NRE charge; the setup sits inside the unit price, which is why the tiers matter. For the parts we keep on the shelf the tiers are printed on the page: NPT × BSP adapters from €25 per piece at 1–9 pieces down to €15 at 200 pieces and up, and coupling nuts at €25 per piece for 1–9 pieces, with the 100- and 500-piece price printed for the M10×60 reference.

Lead time. Machined parts follow one schedule site-wide: 1 to a few dozen pieces in 5 working days, 50–500 pieces in 15 working days, 500 pieces and up in 15–25 working days. A rush order at 1 to a few dozen pieces ships in 3 working days at 30–50% on the unit price — name the deadline in the enquiry and the quote is built around it. Transit by express courier to Europe, the UK, the US and Japan is another 5–7 working days. Every quote ships DDP door-to-door with import duty and VAT paid, so the price on the quote is the price at your door (see the shipping policy).

Second source. If your current supplier has stopped making the part, asks for an MOQ of 1,000 where you need 50, or quotes a ten-week lead time you cannot carry, send the drawing you already have — or the part itself — and we quote it as a second source to that same drawing, first article inspected against it. Dual sourcing a reference works like any other order here; nothing changes on your side except a second address on the approved vendor list.

Annual volume. For a repeat reference, tell us the yearly or monthly volume and we quote a blanket price with call-offs, so each release is a delivery date and not a new negotiation.

Common Questions

Which service do I need if I only have a broken part?

Start with 3D scanning or send the part directly. We measure it, rebuild the geometry and machine a replacement — you do not need a drawing or a CAD file. If the part is worn, tell us which surfaces were still good so we restore the original dimensions rather than copying the wear.

Can I order a single piece?

Yes. There is no minimum order quantity. A single replacement part is a normal order for us, and it is quoted the same way as a batch — the unit price is simply higher because setup is spread across one piece.

What materials can these services cover?
