Parts machined to tolerance mean nothing if they arrive damaged. Here is exactly how we pack and ship — from our factory floor in Guangdong to your door in the USA, UK, Germany, or anywhere in the world.
Every packing method is chosen based on part geometry, surface finish requirements, and transit distance. Parts with critical surfaces are individually wrapped before being placed in a tray. We do not throw machined parts loose into a box.
STAINLESS VALVE BODIES · BLISTER TRAY · EACH CELL SEPARATE · THREAD FACES PROTECTED
BRASS PRECISION PARTS · FOAM INSERT TRAY · NO PART-TO-PART CONTACT
BRASS FITTINGS · INDIVIDUAL BLISTER CELLS · READY FOR DHL EXPORT
ANODIZED ALUMINUM PLATE · FOAM SURFACE PROTECTION · FINISH PRESERVED IN TRANSIT
Why does packaging matter? A precision part machined to ±0.01mm can be scratched, dented, or have its thread damaged by poor packaging. Our packing method is part of the quality process — not an afterthought.
STANDARD PACKING INCLUDES
Individual VCI anti-rust bag per part. Grouped in foam tray or blister pack. No direct metal-to-metal contact. Thread ends capped or wrapped where surface finish is critical.
Each part individually wrapped in soft cloth or PE foam sheet. Stacked with foam separator between parts. Anodized or polished surfaces get extra soft-wrap layer to prevent scratching.
Each part individually photographed before packing for dispatch confirmation. Placed in foam-lined rigid box. Customer receives packing photos on request — you can see exactly what was shipped before it arrives.
Individually blister-sealed or bagged. Packed in clean room conditions where required. Sterile packaging (EO sterilization pouch) available for medical-grade orders. Full lot traceability documentation included.
Parts counted and inspected before packing. Packed in standard export cartons on wooden pallet for sea freight. Full packing list with part numbers, quantities, and weight. Sea freight option for large batches to reduce shipping cost.

DHL Express and FedEx International Priority typically take 3–5 business days from our Guangdong factory to most US destinations. Tracking is provided the same day we dispatch. East Coast destinations are sometimes faster than West Coast due to routing.
Yes. We ship orders of any size. A single prototype gets the same careful packing as a production batch. Shipping cost for small orders is typically $25–50 USD via DHL depending on weight and destination.
Yes, on request. For first-time customers or high-value orders, we send packing photos before dispatch. This gives you visual confirmation of what was shipped before it arrives at your door.
Transit damage is rare given our packing standards, but if it occurs, contact us immediately with photos of the damaged packing and parts. We work with the courier to file a claim and will arrange replacement parts as quickly as possible.
