State the fit, not the bare dimension. A pin called "Ø12 h6" is unambiguous; a pin called "Ø12" is not. And on a replacement part what actually governs is the mating part already installed — if the bore has worn oversize, we turn the pin to the bore as measured rather than to the drawing.
