What's Included in the Assembly

A complete terminal structural assembly includes every part that forms the physical shell of the device:

• Outer housing — front and rear shells, ABS or PC/ABS
• Battery cover — snap-fit or sliding latch, matched material and finish
• Scanner window — optical-grade polycarbonate insert
• Keypad frame — button retainer, ±0.1 mm aperture tolerance
• Charging dock — desktop cradle with precise contact alignment (if required)
• Internal mounting bosses, PCB standoffs, cable guides and any additional inlays

Why Order as an Assembly

Sourcing each part from a different supplier means tolerance variation accumulates across the assembly — the housing is 0.1 mm narrower than spec, the battery door is 0.1 mm wider, and suddenly the cover won't close. We manufacture all parts through a single manufacturing partner, from the same material batch, to a single assembly drawing — then build and check the complete shell before shipping.
