Sharing a design with an overseas factory is the number-one worry for procurement teams. An OEM programme in the UK is run on a few fixed words: parts to customer drawings, a first-article report before the batch, mill certificates with the metal, and scheduled or call-off supply against a blanket order. We work to all four — one approved drawing quoted at 1, 10, 100 and 500 pieces, the first piece measured and reported, EN 10204 3.1-type certificates with metal orders, and repeat batches released on your schedule. One to a few dozen pieces leave in 5 working days (3 working days at a rush surcharge of 30–50 %), 50–500 pieces in 15 working days, larger runs in 15–25; shipping to the UK, EU and US takes 5–7 working days by DHL or FedEx.
