EKINSUN LTD is an ISO 9001 certified custom manufacturer in Guangdong, China. Metal, plastic or silicone — industrial grade or medical grade — we make it under one roof, with precision CNC machining and in-house injection molding. Start with a sketch, photo or sample, and work directly with the engineers who make your product. No middlemen, no markups.
EKINSUN was founded in Guangdong, China over a decade ago as a precision turning shop serving local manufacturers. Over the years, we expanded our capabilities, added milling and grinding operations, and began serving international clients directly.
Our growth into the European and North American markets came not from marketing, but from referrals — clients who trusted us with one part and came back with ten more. We have built long-term relationships with clients in the USA, UK, Germany, Australia, and across Europe by doing one thing consistently: delivering what we promise.
One thing that sets us apart is our willingness to work with clients who don't have professional CAD drawings. A significant part of our business comes from inventors, repair shops, and small manufacturers who have an idea or an existing part they need replicated — and no way to create a digital file. We built a process around this, and it has become one of our most valued services.
Today EKINSUN operates two sister sites. EKINSUN.ltd hosts our engineering calculators and process services — 3D printing, CNC machining and injection molding — for engineers working from CAD files. EKINSUN.com, this site, is our no-CAD platform for custom parts, replacement parts and reverse engineering, where a photo, hand sketch or physical sample is all you need to start.
"We have machined parts from napkin sketches, hand-drawn diagrams, and photos of broken components. If you can show us what you need, we can find a way to make it."
— EKINSUN ENGINEERING TEAM
No brokers, no agents, no markups. You communicate directly with the factory engineers who machine your parts.
We are one of the very few CNC suppliers that actively accepts and processes hand-drawn sketches, photos, and rough dimensions.
English, German, and Spanish support. You communicate in your language — we handle the technical translation.
Every order ships with inspection data. We share the numbers — not just the promise of quality.
Our medical injection molding is certified to ISO 13485:2016 (GB/T 42061-2022) — Quality Management System for medical devices. Certification scope: manufacture of plastic components for medical devices. Valid 24 Jul 2024 – 23 Jul 2027. View certificate details →
These aren't stock photos. This is our Guangdong facility — the machines, the people, and the parts that ship to clients in the USA, UK, Germany, and 30+ countries worldwide.
Two production lines under one roof — a full CNC machining floor (turning, 3-axis, 4-axis and 5-axis milling) plus an in-house injection molding workshop for medical-grade and industrial plastic parts:

Whatever your product is made of — metal, plastic or silicone — and whatever grade it needs to be — industrial or medical — we can custom make it. Precision CNC machining and in-house injection molding run under one roof, from a single machined part to a fully assembled, branded and packaged finished product. One partner from the first sketch to the packed box: no trading company in the middle, no design handed off to a stranger.
Not just off-the-shelf shapes. Send a sketch, a reference photo, a physical sample, or simply a description — our engineers turn it into a manufacturable design and 3D model, then refine it with you before anything is cut or molded.
For molded and cast products we design and build the custom mold or tooling in-house to your unique geometry. You own the design; once approved, the tooling stays on file for fast repeat and scale-up orders.
We help you choose the right material for feel, safety and durability — metals like 6061 aluminum and 304 stainless steel (316 for higher corrosion resistance), engineering plastics, and soft, skin-safe silicone — including liquid silicone rubber (LSR) molding in industrial, food-contact and medical grades. Material certificates, and biocompatibility documentation (e.g. USP Class VI / ISO 10993) for skin-contact or medical uses, are available on request.
Your logo molded into the product, laser-engraved, printed or embossed — permanent, consistent branding, not a sticker that peels off. We match placement and depth to your artwork.
Custom colors matched to your brand (Pantone reference welcome) and a high-quality finish — matte, gloss, soft-touch or textured — so the product looks and feels premium in the customer's hand.
We manufacture under your brand only — your name, your packaging, your identity. We stay invisible to your customers. NDAs are available before you share your design or samples.
Beyond the product itself — gift boxes, storage cases and pouches, printed inserts and retail-ready packaging, designed and produced together with your order so it arrives ready to sell.
Start small. We support low minimum order quantities and even single prototype pieces, so you can validate the product and test the market before committing to a large production run.
We are built for repeat business — matching accessories, product families and larger volumes as your brand grows. Same tooling, same specifications, same team, so quality stays consistent order after order.
The path is the same whether your product is metal, plastic or silicone — industrial or medical grade, a single custom part or a fully assembled and packaged product. You always work with the engineers who make it — start to finish.
Send a sketch, photo, physical sample, spec sheet or CAD file — or just describe what you have in mind. No professional drawing required to start.
Our engineers turn your input into a manufacturable design and 3D model, and flag anything that would affect cost, strength, feel or safety before production starts (DFM review).
We recommend the right route for your product — CNC machining for metal parts, injection molding for plastic and silicone products (industrial, food-safe or medical grade), or a combination of both — and the right material for feel, safety and durability.
Where a mold or tooling is needed, we build it in-house to your exact geometry, then produce a first sample so you can check fit, color, finish and branding in the real material.
Nothing goes to full production until you approve the sample. We adjust dimensions, color, finish or logo placement until it is exactly right.
We run the full order under our ISO 9001 / ISO 13485 quality system, with dimensional and visual inspection on every batch — you get the data, not just a promise.
Logo, custom color and finished packaging — gift box, case, inserts — applied so it ships retail-ready under your brand, worldwide. Tooling stays on file for fast repeat and scale-up orders.
The practical questions we answer for almost every new brand or buyer before the first order. If yours isn't here, just send it — we reply in plain language, not jargon.
It depends on the process. For machined parts, our MOQ is a single piece. For molded or tooled products, we keep minimums as low as possible and can run a small first batch so you can launch and test demand before scaling. Tell us your target quantity and we'll advise the most economical run.
Yes. We design and build custom molds and tooling in-house to your exact geometry — not modified stock shapes. Once the tool is validated through sample approval, it stays on file for fast, consistent repeat orders.
Our factory is ISO 9001:2015 certified, and our molding line is ISO 13485:2016 certified for medical-device components. We supply material certificates (mill test reports / material data sheets) with orders, and can provide biocompatibility documentation such as USP Class VI or ISO 10993 for skin-contact and medical applications, where the chosen material supports it.
Yes. We can design and produce your packaging alongside the product — gift boxes, storage cases, pouches and printed inserts — so it arrives retail-ready under your brand. Share your references or brand guidelines and we'll prepare options with the quote.
A typical project runs: quote within 24 hours → design confirmation → tooling / sample (where required) → your sample approval → production. Simple machined parts can ship in days; a new tooled product with custom packaging usually takes a few weeks from approval. You get a firm schedule with every quote — no surprises.
Because everything we make is custom to your design, we quote per project rather than from a fixed price list. Send your drawing, sample, photo or spec plus a target quantity, and you'll receive a detailed itemized quote — tooling, unit price, packaging and lead time — within 24 hours.
Send us your drawing — sketch, photo, or CAD. Quote within 24 hours.
