MOQ 1 piece for CNC-machined enclosures. Vacuum casting for 5–50 pieces. Injection molding from ~50–500 pieces depending on enclosure size.
CNC prototype for a 3–5 enclosure set: 12–18 business days from approved CAD. Add 5–7 days for reverse engineering if starting from a reference product.

Materials & Outdoor Performance
ASA for direct-sun outdoor. ABS with UV coating for shaded outdoor. Aluminium (powder-coated) for premium robustness and heat dissipation.
Yes. We design O-ring or foam gasket grooves for IP54–IP65. Specify the required rating when you enquire.
Fluid Fittings & Liquid Cooling
Yes — cooling manifolds, threaded liquid fittings, and custom fluid connectors alongside the structural enclosures. One supplier, no interface tolerance disputes.
Scope & Capabilities
We manufacture structural enclosures and fluid fittings — not complete electrical systems. Our clients design their own products and come to us for the physical structure. They integrate their own electronics, cells, BMS board and firmware.
