STEP 01
Sign NDA — then share your design

We sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement before you share any proprietary design. Email support@ekinsun.ltd to request our NDA template or send your own.

STEP 02
Engineering review & quote

We review your design for moldability, recommend material, and return a quote with tooling cost, unit price, and lead time within 48 hours.

STEP 03
Mold design & T1 sample

We design and manufacture the injection mold (typically 20–35 days), then produce T1 samples for your dimensional and functional verification before mass production.

STEP 04
Production & worldwide shipping

After sample approval, mass production begins. Parts are inspected, packed, and shipped via DHL/FedEx Express. Full documentation including material certificates provided.

Yes. We sign NDAs before reviewing any proprietary design. Full OEM services include product design assistance, mold design and manufacturing, injection molding, assembly, and packaging under your brand.

Yes. We accept hand-drawn sketches, photos of existing parts, or physical samples. Our engineers redraw in 3D CAD and send for your approval before tooling. CAD redraw is included at no extra charge.

For existing mold configurations, MOQ is typically 500 pieces. For new custom tooling, MOQ is negotiable based on tooling investment. We work with medical device startups and small-volume distributors — not only large manufacturers.
