Motorcycle parts place specific demands on a CNC supplier: weight is critical (every gram matters on a performance machine), tolerances must be tight (suspension geometry is unforgiving), and many parts are one-off or small batch — a single vintage replacement part, or a set of custom rearsets for a race build. Materials for Motorcycle Parts
- 7075-T6 aluminium — the performance standard: 503 MPa yield strength, lighter than 6061, the correct choice for triple clamps and rearsets under load
- 6061-T6 aluminium — for brackets, spacers and cosmetic parts where 7075 strength is not needed
- Ti-6Al-4V Grade 5 titanium — fasteners, brake discs and highly loaded structural parts where both strength and minimum weight are required
- 4140 / 4340 alloy steel — gearbox shafts, gears, selector forks — heat-treated to the required hardness
- 316L stainless — brake banjo bolts, exhaust studs and any part exposed to weather or fluids
Vintage and discontinued motorcycle parts. Many classic motorcycle parts are no longer available — the model was discontinued, the original manufacturer closed, or the part number simply doesn't exist anymore. We reproduce these from a worn or broken original: we measure the part geometry, rebuild the drawing, and machine an exact replacement in the correct material.
