Our CNC Turning Capabilities

EKINSUN operates a fleet of CNC lathes including multi-axis turning centers capable of complex profiles in a single setup. Our turning department handles everything from simple stepped shafts to complex multi-feature components with threads, grooves, tapers, and eccentric features.

All turned parts are inspected using calibrated gauges, micrometers, and CMM equipment. Material certificates and dimensional inspection reports are provided with every order on request.

Standard tolerance is ±0.01mm. For critical dimensions we achieve ±0.005mm. Tighter tolerances to ±0.002mm are possible using precision grinding as a secondary operation. Always specify critical tolerances on your drawing.

Yes. We accept hand sketches, photos of existing parts, and rough dimension lists. Our engineers redraw your input as a CAD file, send it for your approval, then machine the parts. No CAD software required.

Yes. Material mill certificates (MTR) are provided for all metal orders as standard. Dimensional inspection reports are available on request and included automatically for aerospace and medical orders.
